Welcome to your island escape at Purple Parrot Village Resort, one of Perdido Key's most popular vacation destinations. This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom coastal townhome offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and resort style amenities, making it an ideal choice for families or groups looking to relax and reconnect near the beach.

Tucked away in a quiet, secluded area of the resort, this home provides a peaceful retreat while still being just a short walk from the heart of Purple Parrot's popular amenities. Recent updates throughout the home include new living room furnishings, a comfortable sleeper sofa with a gel memory foam mattress, a new accent chair, refreshed decor, upgraded WiFi, and a 55 inch Smart TV mounted on a new console. The former living room television has been relocated to the primary bedroom, adding even more comfort for guests looking to unwind after a day in the sun.

All bedrooms are located upstairs, consistent with the resort's charming 2 story island style design. The spacious primary suite features a King size bed and television, creating a relaxing private retreat. The second and third bedrooms each offer Queen beds and flat screen televisions. Along with the sleeper sofa in the living room, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, including adults and children. Downstairs, the open living area provides plenty of room to gather, stream your favorite shows, or simply relax after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you're starting the day with breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner in. A front load washer and dryer inside the condo add convenience for longer stays and beach filled days.

Guests staying at Purple Parrot Village Resort enjoy access to one of the most unique resort experiences on Perdido Key. The tropical lagoon style outdoor pool features waterfalls, a hot tub island, and plenty of space to lounge beneath swaying palms. The indoor pool house offers year round enjoyment with a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and separate men's and women's saunas.

The resort's laid back island atmosphere creates the feeling of a true coastal getaway while keeping you just minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches, Johnson Beach at Gulf Islands National Seashore, local restaurants, shopping, and outdoor adventures.

Whether you're planning a week at the beach, a family vacation, or a relaxing coastal escape, this updated Purple Parrot townhome offers the comfort of home paired with the fun and energy of a resort destination that guests return to year after year.
