Stunningly decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath penthouse at Zenith in Puerto Vallarta's Old Town aka The Romantic Zone. Vaulted ceilings, mid-century modern design and expansive views put this penthouse among the top places to stay in downtown Vallarta.
The Zenith building is a development with modern amenities and styling. It's located on the corner of Venustiano Carranza and Calle Constitucion, 2.5 blocks from the beach and surrounded by the towns best restaurants, produce markets, boutiques and art galleries.
Zenith's common areas include a rooftop terrace with a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, dining area, BBQ and fitness room. Security is on site 24/7.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only.
NOTE: You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more.
- The lobby and common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel)

You can reach me by call or text 24 hours a day, my office is also close by and we are quick to solve problems if they do arise.
The Neighborhood
Location, location, location! The Zenith building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Zenith.
The beach is also a short walk, 3 blocks west of Zenith. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.
Getting Around
You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.
Other Things to Note
Weekly maid service is included for rentals over 7 nights. This neighborhood has been under heavy construction for the last couple of years, at the moment there are no ongoing projects that affect this property however that could change at any moment. If there is construction nearby, there will be added noise and dust experienced outside of the condo. Filtered water in kitchen and refrigerator has ice maker. Every cooking utensil imaginable is at your fingertips. No cable television but smart TV internet apps including Netflix, YouTube and Spotify are available.
Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time.
There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Great location, great apartment. Tons of space, loved the huge terrace

- [ ] This is an appropriately-priced place for the area, and for what it offers. There are plusses and minuses. Very comfortable beds and spacious apartment on the 7th floor. Kitchen amenities are average (or slightly below) for this price range, examples: only 3 or 4 matching wine glasses, some of which have non-cleanable, permanent stains, no storage containers. Living room furniture is awkwardly designed and not very comfortable. Like any unit in this area, the primary bedroom facing the street endures thumping bar music until 3am. Your main view is across the street to another building’s pool, where the friendly but nosy swimmers may clap at your every move.- [ ] Pool area is very nice, with excellent BBQ which can be reserved for free. Unit has an outdoor dining table but not an indoor one. The one elevator for the building’s 49 units is insufficient, so you’ll wait a lot. Still, overall a pleasant stay.

Excellent, secure condo. The location couldn’t have been better. So close to all the good stuff you want in PVR but not noisy. Very quiet and relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location within walking distance to pretty much everything in the Romantic Zone. The building was secure and well managed, and the unit was very comfortable and well stocked. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!
