Quay 1103 is a nicely-remodeled beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with a views of the ocean and the bay. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!
Quay 1103 is sure to give you your dream vacation. The floral living room is furnished with two comfortable couches, two matching chairs, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom. Everything was great and just as described. Location was perfect and unit was clean and well stocked.

Overall our family had a nice long weekend at this property. The views and pool were nice. The condo was as expected, if a little basic. The kitchen was stocked with miscellaneous glassware and flatware, and the pots, pans, and baking sheets could use a little update. The AC in the master bedroom worked but it didn’t cool it down as much as we liked even with the ceiling fan on.
The check in process went smoothly other than the unit not being ready in when we arrived. The cleaner was still vacuuming the unit when we walked in.

Easy access to the beach. Upon arrival, the security guard at the desk wasn't very friendly. When asked questions, he just ignored me or was rude. Didn't get his name. The bath tub needs some sort of bath mat or grips. Slipped when showering. Other than that, it was a really great place to stay.
