Sunapee Dockside Dream Cottage with stunning mountain views and a dock. Nestled directly on the lake, this modern, sun-soaked retreat offers hotel-quality mattresses, ultra-soft pima cotton sheets, and a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, Keurig, and all essentials. The main floor features two bedrooms, while the loft offers two additional beds with sweeping lake views. Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all amenities for a perfect getaway.

- Wake up in a hotel-quality bed to breathtaking views of Lake Sunapee and the mountains.
- Savor coffee from our fully stocked coffee station.
- Swim or paddle in the lake with your private kayak or paddleboard.
- Grill a delicious lunch by the serene waters.
- Hike or zipline through the scenic trails around Mt. Sunapee.
- Whip up a gourmet dinner in the chef’s kitchen.
- Repeat for another blissful day!
The spacious dock is shared with two other cottages, but you’ll have your own designated area with patio furniture to relax. The shared backyard features a cozy fire pit perfect for evening gatherings.
3 MIN drive to Mt. Sunapee Ski/Ziplining.
• 5 MIN walk to Bubba`s Bar & Grille & Ice Cream
• 7 MIN walk to a 25 mile network of hiking trails
• 3 STEPS to the water.
• 6 MIN drive to Sunapee Village
You are provided with 2 designated ( see pictures for spaces) parking spots with your reservation. Parking is limited so if additional parking is needed you must contact host prior to your stay. There is a small additional fee for additional spots ($25)
The dock is “shared” with two other cottages but each cottage has there own dedicated area and patio furniture to themselves. Kayaks and Paddle board are available in the summer months along with patio furniture, starting in May. Please don’t move patio furniture. (only included in appropriate season!)
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am

Me and my grandfather stayed for a business trip. The views are beautiful and if you love the water this is a great spot. The cabins have adequate amenities and are very clean. Close to hiking and restaurants. Cant wait to come back with my family again soon and will likely make it an annual trip.

We stayed here in March for some ski races at Sunapee. The location is amazing and a 5 min ride to the mtn. The place is very nicely updated. It is right on the water with a beautiful sunrise. It would be fun to come back in the summer. Thanks.
