The warm and welcoming lounge has a Smart TV, comfortable sofa, easy chair, and dining table with views across Keswick facing south west for the afternoon and evening sun.
The kitchen may be compact but is well equipped for your holiday. A small hallway gives access to the shower room. The east facing bedroom dressed with luxury linen and towels has beautiful views across the river Greta and Fitz park. The delightful sound of the river running past the building can be heard through the open bedroom window.
This modern apartment makes the perfect base for two, with easy access to explore all Keswick and the surrounding area has to offer. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Access to the flat is via open balconies and stairs.

The kitchen and bathroom are extremely well appointed, but shame about the kitchen window surround which needs some work. Small apartment but big enough for a couple (who need to be fit enough for the steps to the second floor!).
The mattress was rather firm for my taste, but it was a delight to hear the river gurgling by outside the bedroom window with a lovely view over the park and Latrigg.
Needs a little TLC and maybe a little more attention to nooks and crannies. Over all - a great place to stay with the town only minutes away.

Having previously stayed in various other properties in this block, this was the second time in this one. Our previous stay in here was quite a few years ago. The kitchen has had a recent upgrade with new appliances fitted. Unfortunately we were unable to use the induction hob and no literature was available. I visited the Keswick Cottages office and was helped by one of the staff who came back to the flat and managed to sort the problem and even printed the operation instructions for me which I inserted in the information file in the flat.

The automated booking process and informational emails was excellent. The flat itself is on the 2nd floor of the building so not for anyone with severe mobility issues. A few signs of ageing with broken rendering outside and signs of damp in the kitchen window. Small and neat kitchen, small lounge, modern bathroom, and small bedroom. Only 1 toilet roll supplied which could be improved. The bedroom had wardrobes either side of the bed which are a bit restrictive, would have preferred bedside cabinets but as lack of space, the wardrobes had to go somewhere. The bed was not to our liking, but may be to others. Situated on the edge of the town centre allows for easy walking to all the facilities including restaurants, bars and 2 brewery taps. We were lucky with the weather when there so did not need to rely on having to use the flat much. Bonus of having a car parking space. Where on the small size if thats all you need then a good choice of accommodation.

Apartment was tiny needed abit of updating and a thorough clean everywhere location was good would not recommend
