Beautiful, luxurious 2-family house "Puerto Marina". In the district Puerto Marina, in a busy position, 100 m from the sea, from the beach. Airport transfer (extra). Shop, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach. Sports harbour 50 m, marina, surf school 100 m, sailing school. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.

Pros - location, views over the marina, spacious, well equipped kitchen, large terrace which gets sun most of the day, two large comfortable sofas.
Cons - needs some TLC (e.g. several broken floor tiles, some electrical sockets loose, shower needs re-sealing, pillows require replacing). Also, no shade or parasol for terrace which gets very hot and air con is in bedrooms only.

Nice spacious apartment in heart of marina. However apartment would benefit from some TLC (e.g. many broken floor tiles, pillows on beds needing replacing, shower seal needing refreshed, no parasol or shade on terrace which gets the sun most of the day and which makes the living area very, very hot as air con is in bedrooms only). We did thoroughly enjoy our stay though, and as previously stated, the major selling point for this apartment is its location and the amazing views of the marina.

The apartment was very nice although a little tired, but had everything you needed from a self catering apartment. The mattress in the main bedroom I felt could do with replacing.
The view of the Marina from the balcony was superb and we had sun on the balcony until around 16.00.
The negative point was the street noise. Lots of shouting and talking well into the morning from passers by and also from being above the Angus steak house.
