Choose between one en-suite double, one twin (can be made up as a king-size) and one family bedroom with one double bed and a set of bunk beds. Outside, the enclosed garden with a large lawn and patio is perfect for a spot of al fresco dining. An additional patio area boasts a hot tub, ideal for soothing weary walking muscles. There is private parking for five cars available.

Situated in the beautiful countryside between Exmoor and Dartmoor, the pretty market town of Holsworthy is just 6 miles away and offers a traditional atmosphere, plus plenty of shops and cafes to explore. Pack a picnic and head to the sandy stretches of Bude (15.5 miles), a charming seaside retreat with magnificent cliff-top walks around the headland. Dartmoor National Park, home to miles of breathtaking trails, can be reached within 15 miles.
