This well-maintained duplex home in the Sea Pointe neighborhood of the Village at Nags Head offers a prime location and amenities that everyone in your group will appreciate. Guests will have access to a community pool and tennis court located just steps from the front door. Situated right on the ocean with a convenient dune walk-over, getting to and from the beach couldn't be easier.
After a day of sun, sand and surf, come home and gather in the comfortable and welcoming great room with ocean views. An open-concept layout and cheerful coastal décor makes the space feel bright and airy, while the original wood paneling adds warmth and character. When you're not trying out one of Nags Head's fabulous restaurants, cook at home in the well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. With two dining tables that seat a total of ten, everyone can gather and enjoy meals together. A screened porch on the west side of the home is the perfect place for outdoor living anytime of the year.
Upstairs, wake up every morning to an incredible ocean view from the expansive primary suite. It leads directly out to a private oceanfront balcony where you can watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee, breathe in the salt air and listen to the crashing waves. The spacious en suite bath includes a soaking tub for unwinding at the end of the day.
The Village at Nags Head is an ocean-to-sound community, providing guests with convenient access to both for a variety of ways to enjoy the great outdoors. The sound access includes a boat ramp for launching small vessels, kayaks, jet skis and paddleboards. There's also a sound side pier with gazebo for admiring the vast water views and picturesque sunsets.

We had the house for 4 nights. It was clean and came as advertised. The master bedroom is gigantic with an alcove sitting area, very large bathroom and a deck overlooking the ocean. Kitchen area is small but included most of what we needed, some of which is dated but everything worked fine. Living area is cozy with plenty of comfortable seating. Nice deck with old chairs that need some repair, easy walk along the boardwalk shared with 3 other homes out to the beach. There have been recent beach replenishment projects. House is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and the easy, beautiful drive along the national seashore to Hatteras. We would rent this house again.

Good beach view from the second floor balcony. No issues with check in. Process was easy for check in and out. Thoroughly enjoyed.
