Highly desirable Tower II, 4th Floor at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is a beautifully renovated from top to bottom 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with stunning Gulf views from almost every room.
C-View's living area looks out onto the water and beach and has a private balcony with seating. Inside is top of the line entertainment with Smart TVs, streaming HD channels and free, private, fiber high speed internet. The stunning kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for meals and snacks and also offers a view of the water.
The master bedroom offers a beachfront view with a king bed and en-suite bath. The large guest bedroom has two queen beds with en-suite bath. It comfortably sleeps 6. An in-condo full-sized washer and dryer is available for your convenience.
Be ready for your vacation to begin as soon as you are on property! Our team will put your pre-scheduled groceries away and get your drinks cold before your arrival.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

The condo was very clean and updated. The views were perfect. Everything went smooth and we had a great stay. We will definitely stay here again next time in Panama City.

This is a great condo and a great resort! The view is amazing. The condo was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and loved waking up to the view of the gulf every morning! Great location and so much to do with our 2 teenagers! We had a great spring break and would definitely stay again! Carla was so great and quick responses with questions.
