The well-equipped kitchen features a stunning live-edge bar with seating for three, a smooth-surface stove, dishwasher, standard coffee maker, and food processor — everything you need to craft delicious meals. Gather around the chic dining table that seats six, perfect for memorable meals and quality time together.

Included in the monthly rental rate is a $400 monthly power allowance and a $100 monthly water allowance. Any overages are to be reimbursed by the tenant. The homeowner keeps a car parked at the side of the fence.

Charming, well equipped cottage. Great location. Loved the ambience. Actually booked an extra week and would have stayed longer if it was available. Dogs enjoyed the back yard and the front porch.

The fenced yard was wonderful for our dogs. They played until they wore themselves out. The beds were very comfortable and was a great layout for two couples. The located was very convenient and the neighborhood was very nice. We would rent this home again!

This is a beautiful home, well taken care of and fully ready to accommodate the vacationers. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Thi location to downtown is perfect
