Welcome to Summer House 704B, your luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo in Orange Beach, offering the perfect setting for your well-deserved vacation! Situated on the 7th floor, this condo provides breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and invites you to unwind to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.
The Primary suite is a serene retreat, featuring a comfortable King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony where you can savor stunning Gulf views. Pamper yourself in the Primary bath, which boasts a large walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation.
The second guest room offers a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing comfort and convenience for your guests. Meanwhile, the third guest room features two Full-sized beds and a flat-screen TV, ensuring ample space for everyone in your party.
In the living room, relax on the comfortable furnishings while enjoying entertainment on the flat-screen TV. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and panoramic views of the coastline.

Great pace to stay with family easy check in and communication was great. The ice maker was leaking but it was not a problem to get in touch with them to make them aware.

Condo spacious. Easy access to everything. Loved the balcony. Condo could have been cleaned better. Lots of dust under barstools,beds, and some red material spilled behind tv stand.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
