When we arrived, the condo smelt like mildew bad, hit you in the face bad. We called the office and Maintenance was there with in 1.5hrs. He was very nice and sprayed stuff in the vents, poured bleach in the wash machine and air unit. He also put something in the trash disposal. It smelt good until the next day. The smell was back but not as potent. When you sit on the couch you sink in. The shower leaks onto the floor as well. It was a beautiful location, it just needs a little more love
