Large apartment in Lecco in a residential area close to services and a supermarket, perfect for those who want a convenient base for moving around Lake Como and Valsassina. A few hundred meters from the Manzoni hospital, near the Iperal shopping center, with a bus stop under the house and carport.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building built with excellent finishes. The great advantage, in addition to the proximity to the hospital and services, is the view that sweeps between the lake and the surrounding mountains. The solution is completed by air conditioning, wi-fi, mosquito nets on the windows, large balconies and private garage.
The apartment consists of generous spaces: living room with large screen TV and sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with three single beds, two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. One of the few solutions in Lecco with a total of 7 beds and two bathrooms!
The location is also valuable. It is located in Via Canto, at the beginning of Via ai Poggi, which leads to the prestigious residential area called Falghera, under Mount Resegone.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.
