*** CONSTRUCTION ALERT *** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Seawinds Condominium Association will be conducting repairs on the balconies in the 01 and 02 stacks, beginning August 3, 2026, and continuing through November 1, 2026. Construction activities will generate noise throughout the building, depending on the location of work relative to individual units. Additionally, the pool deck, pool, and hot tub may be closed to ensure everyone's safety. The building will start lobby and other common area upgrades starting end of May 2026 and will last approximately 5-6 months. Due to construction parking will be limited to one car per unit, no exceptions ***

Located on the 8th floor this unit (804) is tastefully decorated with a beachy feel, large tv in the living room, tv in master bedroom, WIFI in the condo. There is a queen in the master bedroom, twins in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The building offers open parking, heated pool and spa and tennis courts. There are beach chairs and towels in the condo.
Short walk to entertainment, indoor and outdoor dining, shopping, ice cream parlor and movie theaters. Sure to be a pleasant vacation for all!
Registration fee due upon arrival at the Sea Winds managers office per car, 2 car maximum
*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location is excellent, and the balcony offers a beautiful view of the beach. The beach itself is amazing. we love Marco Island and have visited several times, so it was a pleasure to be back.The apartment is a good size for a family of four. Although it can accommodate more guests because of the sofa bed, I believe it is most comfortable for four people.The building is older and is currently undergoing renovations. There was construction noise on a few days during our stay, but it did not prevent us from enjoying our vacation.The condominium amenities are a big highlight. The pool is wonderful, and my children had an amazing time.The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart were also very useful and made our beach days much more enjoyable.As a suggestion for improvement, I believe the cleaning could be more thorough. We had to clean a few areas ourselves when we arrived, including the kitchen countertop, the inside of the refrigerator, the stovetop, the oven, and parts of the bathrooms. It would also be great to update some of the kitchen equipment, especially the pots, frying pans, knives, and a few basic cooking utensils, as this would make the apartment even more functional. In addition, the bed linens could be replaced with newer ones to provide an even more comfortable stay.Excelente value for the price. We truly enjoyed our stay, and with these small improvements, it would be even better. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had a beautiful view that made our vacation even more enjoyable. It was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, which made settling in effortless.One of the biggest bonuses was the extra beach equipment provided. The beach wagon was especially helpful for transporting chairs, cooler, and other beach gear to and from the beach each day. It made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others visiting Marco Island. We’re already looking forward to returning for our next annual trip!

The sunset view is spectacular. We love being able to be on the beach after a short elevator ride and walk. The location is perfect. The condo was satisfactory, needed a little TLC, after sending message to property manager, at end of our stay, she apologized and asked we contact sooner when staying in a property. She said she would have it all taken care of before next family. She was quick to respond and kind as could be.
