After a long flight, you turn the key to the door of your new vacation home and step inside. After putting your bags down, you're drawn to the beaming natural light coming through the sliding glass door at the oceanfront end of the condo. You unlock the door and step out onto the lanai, looking in awe at the rocky sea cliffs to the east and the beautiful Poipu Beach Park to the west. Sea breezes and sunbeams brush your hair and face, the sound of the waves below you fill the air with Kauai's oceanic symphony. You have arrived.
Returning inside, you find your beautifully upgraded and updated vacation home. The owner has spared no expense to make sure that this slice of island living is replete with exquisite furnishing and details alike. Recent remodels and upgrades have taken 303A to a new level of luxury. The fully-stocked kitchen has been completely remodeled: exotic Zebra wood cabinets were installed alongside new countertops and new appliances. New pillowtop tile was installed throughout the living areas, which is cool and comfortable to the touch. Granite capping to the washer and dryer was installed along with new cabinets above. The main bedroom was completely remodeled alongside an overhaul of the bathroom as well. Finally, the entire unit was repainted to tie the bow on this incredible property.
At 303A, you'll awake every morning to the scenes of the ocean right out of the bedroom window in the main bedroom. This condo is air conditioned in both bedrooms as well as the living area, so your stay will always be perfectly comfortable and welcoming. As the ocean breezes flow through the unit, you'll feel completely at home in this vacation home. Between this exquisite property and the heated pool atop the rocky shore, you'll never forget your stay at 303A.
When you're ready to head to world famous Poipu Beach, you'll be provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for a beautiful day in the waves. Poipu Beach Park itself is a five-minute walk away Poipu Shores, and you'll love the oceanfront path that leads from the complex to the beach. Along the way, you'll see the bodysurfers at Brennecke's Beach, get some snorkel gear at Nukumoi Surf Shop, grab some shave or lunch at the restaurant next door, and finally see all the sea life in the water.

Property is in a great location in Poipu. You can easily walk to Poipu Beach. We ate at Brenecke’s restaurant 2 nights. The food and service were great! We also drove to Kōloa for dinner - easy drive. We ate at LeSpezia for Italian- great, small restaurant . Big Save Supermarket in Kōloa was a lifesaver for drinks , snacks, and breakfast items. Prices were not terrible - especially if you buy the sale items. Condo was great for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teens). And - no roosters or chickens on property!!! Beds were comfy, AC units worked great in all rooms and there are ceiling fans! Sleep to the sound of the crashing waves! Couple of minor callouts- place could use a deep clean, pillows could be replaced (hard), and on suite bathroom is tiny (toilet and shower part). Parking can be a challenge (spots are small), but we always had a place to park even if it was up the driveway. We were on the third floor and took the stairs most of our trip. There is an elevator we used with our luggage. It Overall, it was priced well and I would recommend!

Great location! The waves crashing onto the rocks right outside the window and deck, short walk to beach. The unit has been nicely updated. The only unusual thing is that all of the interior doors have open slats, so sounds travel from one room to the next. But we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was excellent. A short walk to the beach. We loved snorkeling at Poipu beach. We also loved swimming at the beach in front of the Marriott vacation club. It had a sandy bottom as opposed to a rocky bottom. The property’s pool was a relaxing bonus. We loved watching sunsets by the pool. The view from our condo and the ocean sound at night were an excellent highlight. The condo was well stocked as well. The property was quiet and private. The wildlife around us was amazing. We saw many sea turtles and a few monk seals. Lots of birds and chickens to view as well. We would absolutely stay at this property again as it worked well for a family of four.

Everything was wonderful about this ocean front condo. The only thing I would comment on was the bed was super uncomfortable as the mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that it was clean, everything was provided for a great stay and pool was also clean and well maintained. Gorgeous views and the way the condo is situated it is never in the direct sun which is a plus!
