In the middle of Playa del Carmen Town, wich is rich in culture and traditions was born this wonderful & amazing project:“Doca”.The building has only 9 condos. The apartment is located in a second level, with an amazing view of the city.
Doca private beach condos" is a modern residential complex with only nine apartments , two bedroom modern apartments totally finished with high end materials. It is located in downtown just a few steps away from 5TH Avenue 2 blocks from the beach in Playa del Carmen
Enjoy the privacy, the development gives you due to its low number of residential units and neighbors
The apartment has bath tub on its private deck . You can also enjoy Doca's rooftop pool view with City view.
Doca has an elevator that is very convenient from the garage to your condo - perfect for heavy luggage and groceries! Other condos use stairs only!
With two beautifully furnished bedrooms, there is enough room for 4 people to sleep very comfortably. Master Bedroom has 1king size bed, Second Bedroom has 1 double bed.

• 2 pool: a Lap pool & other nice pool situated in rooftop as long as Chairs, Umbrellas to enjoy the Sun Deck.

The building is on a side street of 5th Street. At night the bass from the clubs can reach into the front bedroom. the back room is quiet! The furnishings are great, 2 TVs, 3 air conditioners, dryer and washing machine. the beds are very good. Only the green couch needs to be replaced... the balcony has a couch and a table with 4 chairs. We didn't use the bathtub on the balcony - the sea isn't far! 2 bathrooms - excellent! The on-site support was very good, thank you again,we'd love to come back!

Great location. Close to restaurants, 5th Ave, the beach. No car needed but parking available if need be. Was noisy outside at night as you are right where all the action is but that doesn’t bother us. 2 rooftop pools were very nice. Major super market was 1/2 block away which was very convenient. Even a nice cheap restaurant right across the street from us. Everything was as described. Would stay here again.

Lots of nearby nightlife along 5th, and no shortage of restaurants. It’s only about a mile to the ferry and there is a Walmart about a mile away as well.
It’s a boisterous area but with the windows closed and the AC on, it’s not hard to fall asleep.
The pool on the roof is awesome and a great way to end the day.
