Downstairs, a den is flanked by two guest rooms and two bathrooms. The den features a large sectional sofa with a queen-size memory foam sleeper. Entertainment options include a 75” smart TV with Bose Cinemate surround sound, a Blu-ray DVD player, games, cards, and books. One guest room offers a king-size bed and a 32” flat-screen TV.
