*No Parties or Events*



The property has a strict no-party policy. Schoolies, bucks and hens groups, parties and functions are not permitted. Guests must comply with the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Code of Conduct, including neighbourhood noise requirements.



*Pets*



Pets may be considered by prior arrangement only. Approval is required before booking, and an additional $100 pet fee and specific pet conditions apply.



*Pool Heating*



The swimming pool uses solar heating, meaning pool temperatures vary depending on sunshine and weather conditions. The spa is gas-heated.



*Linen*



Bed linen is included. Guests are required to bring their own beach and pool towels.



*Parking*



On-site parking is available for a maximum of two to three vehicles.



*Wi-Fi*



Wi-Fi is provided; however, coastal internet services may occasionally experience interruptions, particularly during peak holiday periods.

Blairgowrie is located on a thin strip of the Mornington Peninsula, facing Port Phillip in the north and Bass Strait in the south, nestled between the popular beach resorts Sorrento and Rye.
