This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

The Park Place Condos were tucked away beside the Little Pigeon River. The sound of the river were so relaxing as I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the back deck. The fireplace made the inside cozy. Everything we needed was there in the kitchen. It was a short walk to the convention center and all of the shops and restaurants. I would definately stay here again.

This condo was very nice, very similar to the pictures online. It was a little under supplied with the necessities but overall very good. We actually booked a condo on the other end on the second floor so apparently you don’t always get the one that you booked. It was very peaceful and had a nice view of the creek and there were some bear sightings but no issues.
