This inviting villa features a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and a combined living and dining area. For added convenience, the living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, and two bunk beds in the hallway provide a cozy space for small children.
Step out onto the balcony off the living room to enjoy a refreshing oceanside view. Located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villa offers a prime spot just a short distance from the vibrant Coligny Plaza.
As an oceanfront property, Seaside is situated approximately 70 yards from the beach, providing easy access to sun and sand!
Seaside Villas offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of the building.

Great location! This place was clean, but was a little small. It would be great for two people. We however we loved the location and the easy access to the beach.

Great small condo, easy walk to beach. Good place for 2 people, more than that would be tight. Nice complex with no issues parking and easy access to restaurants and shops.

This condo was a great location. The check in and check out process was super easy which was appreciated. The condo is extremely small and more appropriate for a couple or maybe a couple with 1 child. There were ample towels, but no where to hang towels after using- some hooks on the back of the doors would go a long way. The sheets on the beds were extremely scratchy and uncomfortable along with the beds being pretty uncomfortable as well. Overall, the condo was clean and was ok for a long weekend but I wouldn’t want to stay here for an entire week.
