#forestlakepartridgehouse is a recently renovated vintage home and outfitted with brand new fun and colorful furnishings. The living room has a queen size pull-out sofa and Roku TV, the dining room has seating for 6+, the kitchen has vaulted ceilings with a skylight and the attached breakfast nook is perfect for your morning coffee, remote work or a glass of wine overlooking the wooded back yard. This space is also a very short commute to Fort Jackson; only 6 minutes away!

Please note: Since photos were taken, we may have had to replace bedframes or other furniture items due to wear & tear and damage from other guests.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

It was close to walmart and various food stores which is a plus and it was about 10 minutes from base. The only issue i had was the floors were too crickey... The house was not updated and we had issues putting the code in the door. Our check-kn took aboit 20 to 30 min. Also the laundry room dopr was stuck and was hard to wash our clothes. Yes it was clean but i think we over paid for a basic house. There was stickers on the walls and the TV didnt work unless you bring a roku or something.That sucks when you travel with kids.

The outside needs a lot of care. Needs better lighting in the front yard. Back porch needs cleaning. Roof full of debris. Sky lights in kitchen area needs to be washed. Inside the house very well kept.

Extremely dirty on outside. Needs a powerwash front and back. Clean on inside. This house could clean up easily. Thos is my second heartwood home. All the same. Dirty outside. Clean inside. First impression is at front door. Thats where u need to freshen and clean

The house is 5 mins from base so very convenient, we got there and thought wow this is cute. The house was accommodating for what we needed. We got up in middle of night to find 2 roaches. The one was by the bathroom and the other was running across the counter top. It crawled in the cabinet before my husnand could kill it. Contacted owner and they sent maintenance to spray and told me there is roach spray under cabinet. The next evening was sitting in living room after not seeing any allllllll day one comes from under the couch across living room floor. Instantly killed it with my shoe again sent pic to owner. Left it on the counter on a paper towel as the maintenance guy tried to tell my sister it wasnt roaches. This house would be perfect if the roaches werent included!!

"Perfect place to stay if you have a soldier graduating from Ft Jackson. You can hear the horns playing every morning from the back deck and at the end of the day, thats how close it is to Ft Jackson !..."
