This 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom is a brand new multi-level family home in Loveland, CO. With the finished basement you have two bedrooms, a game room equipped with board and cards games. Entertain everybody with Mr. and Mrs. Packman, bumper pool, ping pong, poker AND air hockey! Or relax on the large adjustable couch in the TV entertainment room. A private fenced in backyard with year round Astroturf and a three-hole putting green. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch with a beautiful glimpse of the mountains! Just minutes away from downtown Loveland and plenty of breweries. Great access to Coyote Ridge, Bobcat Ridge, and Devil's Backbone! 45 minutes from Cheyenne, WY.
There are two security cameras on the property located on the front North side of the home covering the driveway, as well as one covering the back yard patio seating. Home is equipped with a ring doorbell camera also. Check in is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check out is no later than 11:00 am MST.

Fantastic property and great interaction with the owners. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this was perfect for our family to gather and have a fantastic time in a great property. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

We had a great visit in a beautiful home. Eight of us attending a wedding. All of us were very comfortable. Very clean and plenty of space. Worth mentioning is the host allowing us to enter early once cleaning was complete. This was much appreciated since we flew in from Wisconsin. Would definitely recommend this home.

Fantastic! Wonderful! The best!This place was amazing, it had everything and anything you would need. Great for kids! Fun fenced in back yard. Lots of fun stuff downstairs. Just like it is advertised But lots better. Air hockey, bumper pool, Atari games,board games. Lots of room for everyone. Thank you!

We could not have been happier with this booking. Before our arrival our host was very responsive to any questions we had and easily accommodated our request for an adjustment in the reservation. All of the instructions on the house were very clear and access simple. We did not need to reach out to the host for anything after we arrived. The house was very warm and inviting for a family ranging from 1 to 61. The safety gate at the top of the stairs was a real plus. There were lots of games and soft cornered furniture (again great for a little one) and everyone got a kick out of how the animals in the artwork were named. Perfect homebase for our daughter’s CSU graduation.
