The house is ideal for an unforgettable family vacation.
It consists of two completely independent units, “Terrasse” and “Rez de Jardin,” with no neighbors directly across and no disturbances.
It’s located a 5-minute walk from the large, fine-sand beach across from the lifeguard station and 10 minutes from downtown, the market (open daily during the season), and beach activities.
Inside the house, everything has been designed to comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 people; the amenities are complete, including a BBQ, patio furniture, sun loungers, a large south-facing terrace with teak table and chairs, and a relaxing garden.
There are even bicycles available for you to take long rides on the beach, in town, or in the countryside.
In Riva, right on site, during the day you can enjoy numerous water sports, mini-golf, children’s rides, tennis, fishing, and thalassotherapy... and in the evening, restaurants, bars, a casino, a movie theater, and a nightclub...
In short, everything you need for a great vacation!!

Nice house, 4 min walk to the beach and 7 min walk to the town centre. Nice house, only suggested improvement is the cleanliness of the bathroom (inc the shower). Apart from that nice deco, great little kitchen. Has wifi and a nice front garden. There is another flat below the main house but it was not renter at the time we stayed there. Veronique was very nice and helpful, she even brought croissants and local delicacies to our door in the first morning!
Would go again based on the great location. Very quiet street / area

Location of property was great,near sea,town and Normandy beaches . everything we needed at property and enjoyed our stay very much. Normandy and architecture a delight and will most definitely be back.

Ouistreham is perfectly situated and sourrounded by historically interesting spots. The beach is wild and huge and the appartement with a perfect garden is just two streets away from the beach.
We will come again to this region.

The location is very good, calm neighborhood and a 5 min walk to the beach and the shops.
The flat is good, nice terrace. The flat itself isn’t brand new anymore and could need a bit of touch up works. Still, we had a great time !
