Executive Home on Millionaire’s Row in the Indian Canyons. Easy walk to the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive. Very private resort-style yard with pool, spa, tanning deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining pavilion, and mountain views.
Pets under 50 lb are welcome for a Pet Fee of $100/per pet, a maximum of two pets. You are expected to clean up after your pet; failure to do so will result in an additional fee of $75. The property is completely enclosed so your pets can enjoy the great outdoor space with you.

Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 3 cars at or near the property. No outdoor music or amplified sounds. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or confetti. No nails, thumbtacks, or staple holes in walls. Only painter’s tape is allowed on walls & ceilings. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of reservation with no refund.
