We had a slight scare when we finally arrived from a long drive and the entry pad to the door would not work, but when we called the owner, he picked right up and was able to open the door. I did remove 2 stars from owner bc after the day of arrival he never responded again. Luckily we did not need him for anything, we just wanted to make him aware of some pool equipment damage we discovered. I was surprised there was no strict rules or checklist for the stay or checkout. The house was extremely clean. Even though they allow pets, there was no pet hair found anywhere, not even on the furniture. Master bed mattress was perfect. My husband and I both have back issues so that was important to us. The 3 kids were able to have their own room thanks to the extra room off of the living area with pullout couch. Loved the lanai and access from Master bedroom. The kitchen has EVERYTHING u need from utensils to crockpot, air fryer, griddle, mixer, ect. There are plenty of towels, wash clothes, and beach towels. I was very surprised to find this home furnished with everything you need ( hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, ect). The garage has plenty of pool toys, rafts, and even rolling beach cooler and accessories. I wish I would have known this bc I completely overpacked with all of these things. Great location. Quiet little neighborhood just a few minutes from beach and about 45 minutes from Tampa. We would definitely stay again!

We traveled with seven people to this house and everything was laid out just as how he said in the post/ description. We had the best time it was very comfortable it was a couple people’s first Florida trip in our group. Everything was super convenient. Everything worked as properly as it should.. the host was very easy to get in touch with if anything was confusing. The only thing that I would say is the back bedroom off of the patio by the kitchen, the bed is not very comfortable. One of our guests had a very hard time sleeping in that bed, it was a little unbearable. Other than that every thing was great and have no complaints! Thank you for a great time!

Pool was amazing, host was friendly and kind, house was spacious, the two smaller bedrooms had very uncomfortable mattresses and sheets, ceiling fans seemed to need some maintenance and made noses to the point of having to shut them off at night which made the rooms quite warm, had to go out and buy toilet paper and paper towel as there was only the two rolls of toilet paper, in the entire house, for six adults for a four night stay. Overall we had an excellent time but general consensus was that we were glad to get home so we could sleep comfortably.
