This was a perfect location for us. We stayed a whole week to go to the beach. We were 6 adults and 3 children. There were enough beds for all. The kitchen was well stocked.Beds were comfy, bathrooms were very functional and clean. There is a washer and dryer onsite that we used daily. Super useful.Things to improve: One thing that could have been better would be to have a designated with a mosquito net area to chill outside. The patio set could be updated too. One of the two was not comfy. We lacked utensils and plates for such a big group. We bought disposables so not a huge deal but still.Hot water stopped working after 3 days and there was a water leak in the bathroom. The owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. We realized the breaker had to be restarted and it was a quick fix for the hot water. The leak we were able to fix it with the owner’s recommendations as well.Overall I would recommend this house. Very well located, clean and super functional for a big group. We cooked every day and the house was perfect for our needs.

We had 9 guys on our trip and it fit us all perfectly. And for that price!?!? Unbeatable. Ryan our host was amazing and we felt we had the proper privacy people want on vacation. Will be staying again should we ever find ourselves back in the area

home was very clean and ready for use. TV in the back bedroom would not connect to the internet. plumbing problem, but i think it was due to a previous tenant. we were able to resolve.

This was a great stay! Close to everything including the beach. Owner was very quick to respond! Thanks Ryan!
