The location and the stuff
The bed is not comfortable and I can hear any sounds from outside.

The city surprised me with its clean, wide roads and availability of all services. The Palm Trees Avenue, with its attractions and coffee shops, offered a nice night out.
The hotel building is a bit old but well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and attentive, and the breakfast was good and fulfilling.
I would definitely come back if I ever needed a stay in Unaizah.

Cleanliness, customer friendly and quick check-in procedure. Hotel surroundings very peaceful. Nearby shop available.
Tried Biryani from their restaurant: it was very good.
