Beautiful two bedroom house a half mile away from Venice island and a mile away from Venice beach.
Close to the island, the beach, and all major restaurants/stores. House is a 2/1 with two queen beds. House also has an outdoor patio, bbq grill, bicycles, and beach chairs/toys/umbrellas.
Note: We are in the process of modernizing the furniture. Furniture may be different when you arrive.

We stayed at the house last year and came back again this year. It is close to family, restaurants, stores, and beaches. The location and price are awesome. I am sure we will stay there again in the future.

The location was great, right near Venice Beach and plenty of restaurants. The house was a little bit dated but very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and well equipped, had a hard time with code on door first time VERY touchy,dificult, good neighborhood, tennants downstairs were arguing very loud and hollaring very late at night
