Pelican Perch was wonderful. Everything was just as described and the added benefit of having the daily beach chairs set up was a fantastic amenity. Jim was an outstanding host, very communicative and responsive and very helpful. Only have positive things to say and would happily rent this location again and from this owner again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Pelican Perch! Perfect distance to the shore & the reserved chairs and umbrellas were super convenient. Jim was very attentive and responsive as well. Great end to our summer.
