As of parking, Hollywood Beach is PRIME real estate and as a result there isnt a lot of parking available and therefore it is not included in the price. However, we have included a QR code in our welcome package that you will need to scan in order for you get a parking pass, the cost of it is $22 daily. With this parking pass, you will be able to park in any PUBLIC parking space along the street or the garage directly beside the building. NOT local resident spaces or any numbered spaces. We will provide our welcome package one week before your check-in date.
There is a 2 person maximum in our apartment.

This property had amazing proximity to the “Broadwalk” and the beach. The host had excellent communication skills and was there every step of the way to assist with check-in and answer any questions along the way. It was clean and tidy. Please be mindful that this property is a studio with a Murphy bed that lacks a proper stove. However, the hosts did make a toaster oven and microwave available — ideal for any potential breakfast or lunch options that can be heated in that manner. Otherwise enjoy the numerous restaurants the Broadwalk has to offer. Additionally, the hosts also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and an insulated cooler bag to maximize your beach day. Pick up some beverages and ice in town before arrived at the unit, else pay a bit of a premium to buy ice and beer, etc from the convenience stores within walking distance. Finally, it was nice to have access to the pool!

All I can say is if you ever want a great host that will be there to walk you through any issue that you might encounter Rocky and Hope are the best!!! The place is perfect for couples and it’s quiet and relaxing. Anything that you would need is 10 to 15 minutes away. The beach and Broadwalk is a hop and a skip from the location. So if I had one word to describe our stay it would be FANTASTIC!!! We’ll definitely be back

Quiet is spot on. Comfortable bed and everything you need to enjoy the beach! Room was super clean! AC worked great although it was hottest day they had had in a while. Great restaurants within walking distance and we enjoyed the live music on the boardwalk! I would come back!

We stayed for 4 days and overall had a good experience. There was a small issue getting into the rental at first, but Hope resolved it quickly, which we appreciated.Once we got settled in, we noticed there were no standard bed pillows provided. There are only couch pillows which wasn’t ideal or what we expected. It also raised some concerns about cleanliness.On our second day at the beach, one of the chairs was broken. Ricky responded quickly and replaced it the same day, and also provided a partial refund to cover the inconvenience of having to rent chairs, which we thought was fair.The space itself was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but it still worked for our stay. The pool furniture looked a little worn, likely from sun exposure. One of the highlights was how close the boardwalk is. It’s very convenient. The area felt safe, and the community is mostly older residents, but everyone we encountered was friendly. One thing that could definitely be improved is the towel situation. We were only provided four towels for the entire stay.Overall, a solid stay with a few areas that could be improved.
