We had a great time at Oak Island with everything we needed at this house. Brook was very easy to reach and responsive and appreciate her flexibility.

This is our second vacation to In Sea State. One of my granddaughters told me this year "I wish we could stay here forever." And I agree; this home has given my family two years in a row of lifetime memories. If you are looking for a place to call home for a week or two, this is the place. Also, the owners are very quick to respond and that is very comforting.

We loved the location, easy walk to the beach. The pool was nice after mornings at the beach. We traveled with small children and felt comfortable right as we arrived. We’d stay again!

The pool was lovely and only 3 blocks from the ocean! We had a couple of hiccups, but the owner was very accommodating and resolved all issues promptly. I would have given more stars if not for the hiccups.
