This unit has its own separate entrance and parking. There is no interior access between the main home or garage apartment. The garage apartment may be rented when you arrive. It can also be rented in conjunction with the main home if available.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. These bedrooms all contain a floor AC unit in addition to the home`s central air conditioning. The upstairs has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bedroom #1 - King sized bed and desk with full ensuite bathroom. A pack n play is also available and located in the master closet.

The two islands each have seating for three people (for a total of six island seats). There is also seating for six at the dining table. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen.

The living room has a large smart TV with Roku. All TVs are set to guest mode - you just need to sign into your own accounts and enjoy your streaming services. There is a half bath, sectional couch, 75` TV and PlayStation 4 on main floor.
