We know details are important. We kept this in mind while transforming this former 2 car garage into a stunning two bedroom apartment. Full kitchen (gas stove), full bathroom, laundry, skylight, mood lighting, good toilet paper, soap, sound machine - we`ve thought of everything. Come relax in our space.
A quarter mile to US 31 for easy access into Carmel and Indy`s Northside

This unit is an adjacent structure to the main house. There is a single shared wall that has a utility room in between the unit and the main home. This is a former garage that has been converted into a modern residence. It has no internal attachment/passage to the main home and the entry is on the north side (left if facing) of the garage.
This unit has an open concept kitchen and living space featuring 2BR`s and 1 full bath. This unit also has a washer and dryer.
BR1- King Bed
BR2- Bunk Bed (full on bottom, twin on top)
No stairs in this ground level unit
This can be rented in conjunction with Grand Park Team Stay 4BR/7 BED/2.5BA
Minutes from downtown Westfield, Clay Terrace, Carmel, and Indy`s North Side
Located off of Highway 31 west on 191st to Tomlinson Road
Unit is located a quarter mile from Grand Park
Please note that occasionally items such as decor, rugs, bedding, or furniture will need replaced due to wear and tear. We make every effort to ensure any replacements keep the same artistic and relaxing atmosphere of the unit.

** Please note that we understand many families will be coming for tournaments at Grand Park and surrounding complexes, however, refunds will not be issued in the middle of a stay when teams do not advance.
** This unit can be rented in conjunction with the adjacent 5BD/2.5BA/4BR Grand Park Team Stay home to create a larger space for your group or family.

We were in Westfield for a tournament in Grand Park. The location just can't be beat. We walked to the fields everyday when we played at Grand Park (roughly 2 blocks). It was a perfect size for the 3 of us. Very clean, decorated nicely. It was quiet. The property was nice. If we play at Grand Park again, definitely would book this property again.The bed I found to be hard...it appears to be memory foam, but I think that may be about 1" of foam. The kitchen, while very nice looking, probably needs to get updated kitchenwares. Only 2 cups for drinking (unless you count wine glasses), only 4 plates...so having to do dishes after each meal, no cutting board. No shelf/caddy/tray in the shower...so no place to put shampoo, soap, etc. While not deal breakers by any stretch, a 50 spend at Ikea probably solves these issues.

This was a great place to stay! It was clean, cozy and SO close to the baseball fields! It's walkable. Check-in was smooth and so was everything else. Will stay here again if we play in IN next year.

If you are coming into town for an event at Grand Park, you could not ask for a better location. We walked to the games…son forgot his belt…no problem…run back to the property. Its close to the highway, close to restaurants…and as Westfield continues to develop, its close to all the city is offering. The WiFi is great…was able to work remotely when not at the park. Quick tip…Rivet is awesome for coffee. Unit was spotless when we got there, and instructions for leaving werent complicated or laborious at all. Host was very quick to repond to any/all messages. Would and will be staying again.

Very nice, clean property. A lot of attention to detail with the various lighting and such. The washer and dryer are also a great convenience! The host was awesome with communication. I gave it 4 stars because I would highly recommend bringing your own pillows (extremely cheap, thin pillows... even the spares provided were terrible) and be warned the mattresses are ROCK HARD! Other than that, very nice, well kept, clean and modern property that's conveniently located. Despite the mattresses, I'd probably rent it again.
