Dip your toes directly into the Caribbean ocean from our villa. This unique beach front property is a standalone villa where you can step off the deck directly onto the sand beach. Boasting a large patio with a big barbecue, you can entertain your family and friends with a gorgeous view. Have a morning coffee on the expansive patio, sunsets by the shore, evenings around the BBQ and pool. Imagine stepping into the sea at sunrise, unwinding by a pool under swaying palms. Feel free to pick a coconut and have some refreshing coconut water… this villa awaits.
Our beach is beautiful golden sand. The beach has not degraded at all like other areas of Cayman where their beaches have disappeared. Our beach is protected! It is a beautiful area for family and friends to enjoy!
Walk right off the deck onto the beach for a day of adventure. Take a romantic stroll along the beach for a relaxing afternoon at the beach. Or send your kids down to the waterfront to explore the beach, build sandcastles, or search for shells and marine life.
A unique ship wreck sits right out-front the unit! You can snorkel out to the wreck for a truly exciting day exploring the sunken ship. Many fish and critters can be found swimming out front the villa year-round.
The complex is quiet and family friendly. The soft and quiet waves are the only noise most evenings. Sit out on the patio to enjoy an evening of relaxing with a book or glass of wine.
Grab a tennis racket and play a match on the complex tennis court with your friends. Or head to the pool to lounge out and take a relaxing swim. The complex has everything you need to have an adventurous vacation. We visited Grand Cayman for the first time June 5–12 and had a wonderful trip overall. We arrived a day early and stayed on Seven Mile Beach, which was remarkable.When we arrived at the VRBO on June 6, check-in had changed from 4 PM to 5 PM. Jason was very accommodating and allowed us to drop off our groceries and luggage beforehand. The cleaning staff was still finishing up when we arrived, including the refrigerator, so we waited a bit. Not a major issue.The house was spacious, clean, and fit our family of five comfortably. The location was excellent far enough from the crowds while still being close to everything. We enjoyed being near Spotts Beach and Smith Cove and only 15–20 minutes from George Town and Governor's Beach.One thing future guests should be aware of is the amount of sargassum. During our stay, it made swimming and beach activities difficult, and the current was too rough to safely snorkel or swim to the shipwreck. We understand this is beyond the owner's control, but since we specifically booked an oceanfront home, it was disappointing.The master bed was not very comfortable, with flat pillows and warm bedding. A few updates would help justify the price point. The towel bar in the master bathroom was loose and frequently fell off the wall, and the room occasionally had a damp smell.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spacious home and great location.

All six of us enjoyed our stay. The location made it very easy to visit many parts of the island. The house was clean and well appointed. The beach/water views are amazing.

We had a great time! The property is well suited for a large group with rooms on multiple levels and common areas on the main floor. It’s an easy drive up to 7 Mile beach but has nice areas around the house as well. Our host was helpful in the lead up to our stay and throughout the week. I would recommend this for a family or group looking for a quiet place to stay that’s well connected!

This was an excellent property for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The location right on the beach with a view to the reef and shipwreck was unbelievable!The location is great with quick access to everything on 7 Mile Beach while providing a very quiet, restful place to get away from it all. The property is well stocked with a full kitchen with everything you need to create a feast and a huge grill on the deck. The outside dining table is perfect for outdoor dining.There are plenty of beach toys, a cooler, and scuba gear available.There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement. No bedroom on the main level.The availability of a large washer/dryer set was a definite plus for our stay.The host was very responsive and took care of a couple minor issues promptly.
