Excellent house. We had 31 people 1-79 years old. Sleeping was very comfortable and the gathering areas.were ample for a big group. Element was very responsive and the community amenities were great for us.

The check in was easy, the property is as advertised, the only thing I would complain about is the quality of the pots and pans, no sealant on them just silver pots and pans that burned everything the second you begin to cook. Other than that, we had a great time.

I conducted a school field trip, and it was a great experience. The Villa accommodated our large party; it was well-maintained and clean. Phenomenal experience, great memories.

We rented this home for a group of moms and tween girls during a Disney vacation and were very happy with the house itself. It was clean, spacious, and exactly as described.Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the internet and cell service. None of the TVs, theater system, or streaming features worked consistently because the internet was frequently unavailable. To their credit, the management company responded quickly, sent multiple technicians, and even had the internet provider replace equipment. Despite these efforts, the problem was never fully resolved.What was especially frustrating was learning from a management representative that unreliable Wi-Fi and cell service are known issues in the neighborhood. This was not disclosed prior to our stay, despite the home's entertainment amenities being prominently featured in the listing.The connectivity issues affected all 14 members of our group for most of the week. The only reliable place to make calls or send texts was from a specific corner of the patio. We were also told someone would contact us after our stay to discuss compensation for the inconvenience, but we never received a follow-up.While we appreciated the responsiveness of the staff, the ongoing internet and cell service problems significantly impacted our experience. If dependable connectivity is important to your family or group, you may want to consider this before booking.
