Great place. Clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We slept soundly without the constant door slamming of a hotel. It was super convenient to have a washer/dryer available for a week long trip. Location was close to interstates and walking trails. There are steps that you would have to carry luggage down and a narrow walkway to the entrance to consider when staying. These went an issue for us, but something to consider for those who may have limited mobility.Overall, our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to come back to a place after a long day that wasn’t a hotel filled with a lot of people

Cute, clean, and comfortable! Owner gave clear directions for easy access. The location was perfect for us to explore all the cool things in Boulder. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was immaculate, cozy, and charming. We would stay there again. However, we were given the wrong address by VRBO. Because we had a late flight from Providence to Denver, we didn't get to the address until 2AM and consequently barged into the wrong house! Furthermore, the directions were vague as the property is on a "horseshoe" semi-circle street and we had difficulty referencing from which end to start. NOTE: There is no conventional stove/oven but there is a hot plate and quality appliances. Bill Saunders
