*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*We do not allow parties of any kind. No groups under the age of 25 allowed. Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*You are only allowed 12 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 10 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

We had a great vacation! The house was beautiful and well stocked with games and entertainment for a big group. Nick was super helpful during check in and our stay. Great location, just up the hill from South Tahoe restaurants and shops.

Beautiful home with lots of space! The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! We would recommend more cooking utensils and kitchen towels. Many items were missing and we had to buy plastic forks to have dinner. Overall good stay, thank you for having us!

The dinning chairs were sticky, no kleenex, no small towels for all bathrooms, bbq grill was small and filty. Would also have liked paper and pen or pencils gor games
