It is 11 km north-west of Bergerac, in the Périgord Pourpre, that the "Domaine du Roc" is located. At the top of a valley, on the edge of the woods and near the fields, the property benefits from absolute calm and serenity. Less than 100 meters from the road we offer two character accommodations, open all year round, where rural charm and modernity are ideally combined. These two accommodations can be rented separately or together to spend unforgettable moments while maintaining a certain privacy.
Each accommodation has its own private parking within the property. The latter is closed by a gate which ensures perfect tranquility.
Some 100 meters from the building, you can meet the contacts on site who will be happy to welcome you and give you all the necessary indications to make your stay unforgettable.
Each accommodation has its own fully fenced private garden and each accommodation has its own private swimming pool (8x4) open from May to September subject to weather conditions out of sight, sun loungers allow you to enjoy the sun. The south-east facing terraces are equipped with a table, chairs, a parasol, as well as a Weber barbecue.

In the property there is also available for children a tower with slide, climbing wall, swings, rope ladder... really enough to have a good time.

On the first floor, next to the bathroom equipped with a multi-jet shower, a double bedroom (two 80 cm box springs) fully equipped with TV-DVD and air conditioning. The double-glazed window and the electric roller shutters offer you the certainty of acoustic and thermal comfort. Upstairs, facing the stairs, the bathroom. On the left a double bedroom with two 90 cm beds and on the right a double bedroom with a 140 cm bed, both flooded with sunlight in the morning, but don't worry because the blackout blinds and air conditioning will ensure a very restful sleep.
