Less than 500m from the slopes, on the Crêt du Merle massif in La Clusaz, the chalet can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Return from the slopes on skis (depending on snow conditions).

Completely redone in the spring of 2022, it offers very good services, on 160 m2 spread over three levels.
Quiet and beautiful view of the Beauregard massif.
The accommodation
Description:

Garden level:
A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and terrace overlooking the garden.
A second bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed and terrace overlooking the garden.
These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Separate toilet.
Equipped linen room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board)

Office area between the two floors.

First floor:
Large living room with kitchen open to the dining room and the living room.
Bordered by two beautiful terraces, the living room is very bright and warm, with its fireplace and soft sofas.

First floor:
Two master suites with 180 x 200 cm bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
The larger of the two has a balcony and a small office area.

All rooms are equipped with new bedding of the highest quality.

The chalet has a double closed garage.
A ski room area has been set up with dressing room, boot warmers etc...
Table tennis.

It is the easiest ski resort in the Alps to access: 40 minutes from Annecy, 1h00 from Geneva international airport and 2h00 from Lyon.

Non-skiers will also have plenty to keep them entertained in La Clusaz: shopping, snowshoeing, dog sledding, cross-country skiing. You can enjoy activities such as the ice rink, the outdoor heated swimming pool, night sledding, the cinema... the bars, restaurants and shops of the resort.
