À propos de cette location de vacances
Quiet, bright, and centrally located accommodation.
5th floor (actual height) with elevator, south-facing.
The apartment features a living room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
The price includes final cleaning, a set of sheets and spare towels, and utilities (water, electricity, and Wi-Fi). Additional weekly or biweekly cleaning can be arranged.
It is located in the Fort Pienc neighborhood, in the Eixample Dreta district. It is a neighborhood that is both modern and classic. Here you’ll find the Mercat dels Encants, where you can buy antiques and kitschy curiosities under a modernist mirrored roof. The National Theater stages both modern and classical plays. Nearby is the Auditorium, where the city’s symphony orchestra performs, and La Monumental, a Modernist bullring that hosts pop concerts and food trucks. The Sagrada Familia is a 5-minute walk away, as are the Born neighborhood and Ciutadella Park. It’s a lovely 20-minute stroll to the beach.
