One of our favorite vacations of the year. Get a beautiful house on the water and just relax with family while cooling off and doing water sports on the lake. This house had plenty of room and then some for all of the family to have their own bedroom. Beds were very comfortable, some even were motorized to permit one or the other to sit up and read in bed. The host was very quick to respond to communication at all points in the rental. We had some questions about getting boats to the house dock as well as some pet questions, response time was generally under a minute. A little above and beyond what I would consider normal. They also were very friendly. We used the kitchen which was well stocked with utensils and cooking items like spices. We were greeted with a small thank-you basket with some health treats and a few less health options. Everything in the house was fully functional and in good condition. Nice large TV and internet. Lots of games at the house. One room has a proper 8 sided game table and lots of available games and puzzles. The basement had foosball, pingpong, and an arcade machine. There were at least 3 kayaks life vests, and a SUP.. We made use of several of these on the lake. Despite low water levels during our stay, the dock was fully functional for watercraft. We tied up our jet ski for the nights and had no issues. In general the cove this property sits on doesn't get much wake traffic. View from the rear was beautiful water all sides

If you are looking for a nice, relaxing time on Lake Norman, then this place is for you!We can't wait to go back next year and enjoy the beautiful views, warm breeze and a great dock area to swim off of. Jennifer, you and your home are the best!!!

Amazing house!! We were in town for Davidson’s graduation and the house and location were perfect. So quiet, peaceful, great view, dock, waterfront. The house had so much for us to do and entertain everyone.

House and location were fantastic. Great for all ages. Quiet and wildlife abound. Kids caught fish off the dock - and watch for the deer crossing the drive. House has a spot for everyone to retreat for privacy. Snacks provided by host were a nice touch - especially with kids and upon initial arrival. Host was more than communicative and responsive. Highly recommend - especially families.
