The host was great to work with and the location was convenient. Property is decent but older.

The property was in a nice area with good sidewalks for walking. We enjoyed being close to downtown. If in the area, we would consider coming back.

Property was w/in walking distance of downtown and campus. Great coffee shop, Well Read, around the corner.

There was 5 of us that stayed at the property and we were in town for an Auburn football game. This house was in a great location and a quiet part of town/campus with an easy walk to Jordan Hare stadium. It does have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths which is nice. The kitchen space was nice and spacious. As for the bedrooms, please note that two of the beds are very low to the ground which is important to note for those with mobility issues. As other reviewers have stated, kitchen still needs better stocking. There was not one oven mitt or dish towel in the unit so we had to use paper towels to remove something from the oven. No toaster either. Very minimal dishes/cups. Bath towels are very thin and worn. Also, there are lots of “rules” to stay here so please read listing carefully. The backyard was big and spacious with plenty of room but had only two chairs on the patio and no grill. This is a missed opportunity to make the backyard into something cute for entertaining. The house could use a good deep clean. There was dirt and fuzzies around furniture and beds. Baseboards and tile in master bath were very dirty and cracked. This house has great potential as it’s in a great part of town that’s close to downtown but feel that it just needs a little work and a good cleaning to bring out its charm. We have stayed in other places around Auburn and this just isn’t as welcoming as some of the others that we’ve stayed.
