- BEDROOM II with a double bed, a fold-out single bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, a dresser, and access to a small balcony;

PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom IV (with three single beds) is connected to Bedroom III, and you must pass through it to access the BATHROOM.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 1:30 AM, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff at the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee of:

- EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

- EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

- EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.
