This place is a must!! It is adorable, clean, spacious and will literally put you in a Nashville state of mind the moment you unlock the door and step inside! Seriously this property did not disappoint.Girl weekend? Perfect. Couple get away? Perfect. Family trip? Perfect. It is conveniently located across the Cumberland River and is a 20 ish min walk to Broadway or a literal 5-8 min Uber. This was my fourth trip to Nashville and I’d stay here every time after this trip.

Six of us, two couples, stayed for 6 days with 2 dogs. Checkin was very easy. On arrival lights and fans on, AC running -house very welcoming. Beds all comfortable. House weel equipped and supplied. Dogs lived the grassy, fenced back yard. While only on street parking is available we didnt have an issues parking 3 vehicles. Short trip to Broadway, inexpensive Uber/Lyft trip. Good communication with host.Should travels bring a group of us to Nashville again would definitely stay here.

Great location! Just minutes away from the big city. We Uber’d into the city every day and it was fast and easy. Just down the street were great places to eat if you didn’t want to go into town. The house was clean and decorated so cute. Hand soap, shampoos, body soap, paper towels and extra toilet paper was also provided which was greatly appreciated. Great view of the skyline from top deck. Would highly recommend booking this place!

Great stay came in for a girls trip and had a great time, convenient location to the Gulch and downtown Nashville. Very well stocked for a VRBO, plenty of towels, trashbags, cooking utensils, etc.
