À propos de cette location de vacances
This beautiful lake house on Lake Greenwood boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors and an open living area with a wall of windows facing the lake. It has a spacious great room with a stone fireplace and gas logs. There is one bedroom and bath on the main level. Two bedrooms and bath on the second level and one bedroom and bath on the basement level. It has a large wraparound deck that overlooks the lake and has a walkout basement with a bedroom, bathroom, second kitchen and open game room with a ping pong table, 50" flat screen TV, foosball table and dining area. The lower patio has a Gas Weber Grill for those family barbeques. You can relax while the food is grilling with a beautiful view of the lake. The patio also has a picnic table for those outdoors dining experiences. Two 12 foot Old Town Loon Kayaks are available to renters for a scenic cruise around the lake. One of the kayaks is a fishing kayak if there is a fisherman in your group. The property is located only 9 miles from the state park and 15 minutes from downtown Greenwood. There is a gas station and large grocery chain less than a mile from the lake house for added convenience. We are also located near 5 golf courses to challenge the golfers in the group.

This was the perfect house to host our group. We had one family from SC and one from the UK and we were all so happy and relaxed here. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 smaller kids to hang out and vacation together. It’s well set up for families so no having to worry about no running in the house or bumping into things. Well decorated and stocked, room to breathe without being cluttered. The top deck was our favorite place to hang out, you just can’t beat the views and all the birds. The cove was pretty quiet so it was very relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed (even a proper kettle, thanks!) and the most amazing mugs. There are so many local artists’ work in the home and it’s the perfect touch. It was the perfect vacation and we cannot wait to come back!

This property is perfect - clean, well stocked and plenty of room. We were able to enjoy the kayaks and the dock swing on a beautiful March day!
