À propos de cette location de vacances
This large, 1925 classic old Florida home in lovely Eustis will hold your vacation memories. It's clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms, all new windows. Be aware that there are level changes and sloped floors on the now- enclosed porches.
It has four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and several extra rooms. There are two enclosed porches (one with a bed) and a speakeasy, plus a half acre yard with a fenced 8 foot deep pool.
There's a separate cottage on the 1/2 acre property. It is now a small airbnb, those guests do not have pool rights, that's for the main house.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 1926 home in Eustis. It has so much character while being peaceful and comfortable. The house was incredibly quiet, making it a perfect getaway from the city and everyday noise. We enjoyed family movie nights downstairs, grilled burgers, and spent plenty of time in the pool. The host was very communicative and even gave us great recommendations for local Fourth of July events, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The property is also very pet-friendly, and the calm neighborhood made it easy to relax. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be coming back!

While our host was very welcoming, the amenities were unfortunately not in good condition.
