Located approximately 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg in desirable mountain community of Chalet Village. Neighborhood has 2 clubhouses with pool access during the summer. Chalet Village is known for its amazing views to the Smoky Mountains and the friendly black bears that seem to visit on a daily basis.
4x4 is recommended during winter months.
*Must be 25 years or older to book.
*Check in is at 4pm and must check out by 10am.
*We supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher soap.
*The hot tub takes 4-6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the
property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
*This cabin is in the mountains. The road to arrive is steep and windy. We recommend having 4WD, AWD, or Snow Chains during the Winter months.
*You will likely see and hear wildlife. If you see a bear during your stay do not feed it or get close to it.
*Do not leave food in the car or outside and always lock the doors. Bears know how to open your car.
*No refunds will be given for inclement weather, so please plan accordingly, including being prepared with food and all-wheel drive.
*As with all cabins in the area, the fireplace is only available to use from October 1 through April 1.
*Charcoal grill is in the driveway (for fire safety reasons) -Charcoal is not provided.
*The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK

The views from the deck are just what you envision when booking a cabin near the Smokies! The location was central to most of the places we wanted to visit. The private baths were perfect for our party of 9, and there was lots of room for us to spread out and not feel cramped. We saw bear two separate evenings right from the deck of the cabin. Renting this cabin certainly helped make our multi generation vacation one to remember!

This place had everything for our family’s week in Gatlinburg. It was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed and we have rented for over ten years in several states. Every detail was covered! Our favorite was the hot tub and the game room.

This cabin is incredible. The views were amazing, accommodations were spacious and comfortable, and it was stocked with anything we could ever need. Kids (and adults!) loved the hot tub and game room. The location isn't too far from downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park, but we loved being out of the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. Highly recommend this cabin, we would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

cabin was beautiful, the view has to be one of the best with a straight-on view of Mount LeConte, location to downtown was convenient, and we really appreciated the items left for us to use like trash bags, paper towels, K-cups (not everyone does this and having them was so helpful & convenient prior to a big store trip & when we didnt think to buy trash bags!). - Amelia
