Located at Calle Atlántico 82, 3A, is a fully furnished luxury penthouse equipped with every amenity. It is situated on hole 15 of an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, overlooking the pool at the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in Sucina, Murcia. The penthouse is on the 3rd floor, and from the terrace, you can look out over the large swimming pool and across the fairway of hole 15. It is spacious enough for 5 people and fully equipped (fully equipped kitchen with electric stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, large Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, etc.). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a rain shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Each bedroom has two single box-spring beds with mattress toppers, and the living room features a comfortable sofa bed where one person (up to 12 years old) can sleep comfortably! The living room features a cozy sofa from which you can comfortably watch the smart TV (with Netflix). The dining room has a table with chairs.

HOUSE RULES:

1. Your dog is welcome provided you follow the house rules: dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms, bathroom, or on the couch. Furthermore, you must keep your dog on a leash while on the resort grounds and pick up after it, placing the waste in a bag and disposing of it in a trash can. Upon checkout, we will inspect the premises to determine whether a thorough cleaning is necessary; the cost for this is €40. If applicable, this amount will be deducted from the security deposit you paid.

2. A cash deposit of €250 must be paid at check-in.
This will be refunded in cash after a successful check-out.

3. The €145 cleaning fee consists of:
* €70 final cleaning
* €40 Meet & Greet
* €35 for linens service

4. The Penthouse accommodates up to 4 adults and one child aged 12.
