The vacation home is ideal for families and groups of friends.
You can do lots of things together and spend time together, or even go off on your own every now and then.
The vacation home is a lovingly renovated oil mill located above Bordighera, Ventimiglia, and Camporosso, between the Riviera of Flowers and the Côte d’Azur. The property is approximately 3,000 m² in size and offers views of the sea from every angle, as well as views of the Maritime Alps in the distance and the surrounding valleys. 9
The price per person per day is 49 euros, including a linen package.
You’ll have excellent internet connectivity via your mobile data.
The vacation home consists of:
1. a large apartment for 4 people, flanked by 2 sun terraces with ocean views.
It features a large kitchen-diner with a dining table, a spacious living area with a sofa and an armchair nook, and an additional table seating 8 people. This area also features a 65-inch TV with all German channels.
It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms.
Doors from the living area lead to the first bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a built-in bathtub. Another door leads to the staircase down to the second bedroom below, which has a bathroom with a shower.
From here, you can also access the garden area and additional terraces with ocean views.
This includes a second apartment for two people.
On this level, it has its own entrance with a beautiful sun terrace and, of course, ocean views.
It measures 46 m² and is divided into a living area with a 55-inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a sleeping area.
It also includes a small bathroom with a shower.
The adjoining terrace features a small grill, a table with chairs, and two lounge chairs.
At the rear is the popular large terrace under olive trees, which also offers a sea view and
a large table for 10 people, as well as another smaller terrace behind it with a large pizza oven and grill.

Prices are always based on full occupancy of 6 people.
Our rental period runs from mid- to late May through mid- to late September.
