The home was comfortable, very clean, and well stocked. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and check in/check out was simple. The deck and pool was great. The beach gear was a huge benefit and made going to the beaches smooth and fun! Located in an older mostly quiet neighborhood and conveniently located very close beaches, grocery, family activities, and restaurants.

The house was in a peaceful neighborhood, not far from main routes to get to different locations in Sarasota. Although we visited two different beaches during our time in town, the pool on the property was used extensively every day. It was a great “plus”. Also, because we were there for a week, we were able to make use of the laundry, as well as the kitchen/cooking facilities for several full breakfasts before heading out each day. They worked well.Communication with our host was outstanding and is always a major factor in traveling to stay in a place for the first time.

The house was great with everything we needed and in the perfect location close to Siesta Key, shopping and restaurants. There were a few issues during our stay, but Barbara was very responsive and accommodating.

Enjoyed the heated pool and kitchen was well stocked to cook. The garage was nice to park in and had beach toys and chairs for use.
